Lover's Leap

I went to Lover's Leap last Sunday. I almost didn't go, but I’m glad I did. Got in the bed late, woke up around 5:20 and I thought lets go get a sunrise. On the Drive out 58 I could tell it was cloudy on the horizon and even considered turning around. But I thought you never know what you might miss if you don't go. I continued on and got there before sunrise. Sunrise came and couldn't see anything. So I waited for the first shot, after the sun got near the break in the clouds it was like a beam. (Crepuscular rays) I thought well that might be as good as it gets. But let's wait and see what happens when the sun gets a little higher, and maybe it will get better. Did it ever get better!
